Your 75-minute experience includes a deep cleanse, two customised masks to repair, replenish, and regenerate the skin, a botanical scalp massage with Healite LED Therapy on the neck and chest, a lymphatic and tension-relieving chest and neck massage, and tailored aftercare chosen for your skin on the day.
Enhancement tip: Add Healite LED Therapy for the face if your skin is feeling more reactive, depleted, or in need of extra recovery support.

Best for: skin that feels dry, tight, tired, sensitised, or not holding hydration well, especially when you want both visible glow and a deeper sense of comfort. Also suitable for some rosacea-type redness and certain dermatitis-prone skin states when the skin is appropriate for treatment.
Not for: skin that is actively flaring, highly unstable, or too reactive for a more layered treatment. If your skin feels hot, fragile, or unable to settle, the Barrier Recovery Session may be the better place to begin. If your skin is more dull, rough, or mildly congested, Level 1: My Skin, But Better may be all you need.
