Your membership is billed weekly via direct debit, making it simple to stay consistent without large upfront costs. Each payment covers your monthly Intuitive Skin Therapy treatment and unlocks your member perks.

Life happens! We’ll help you reschedule within the same calendar month so you never miss your results window. Missed treatments can’t be rolled over or refunded, so we encourage you to book ahead to lock in your time.

No - our memberships are designed for consistent monthly treatments to keep your skin in rhythm and results on track.

Yes - you can pause for up to 3 weeks on a 6-month membership and 6 weeks on a 12-month membership. Just let us know 7-days in advance in writing so we can adjust your schedule.

We understand things can change. If you need to cancel before your contract ends, an exit fee equal to 4 weeks of payments applies to cover the benefits you’ve already received.

Absolutely - every appointment is adapted to meet your skin’s needs and there may be times we will need to change your treatment to support your skin through seasonal changes. If your appointment ends up costing more than your base treatment, simply pay the gap. If your treatment ends up costing less than your base treatment, we will convert any unused paid amount to credit.

No, discounts are exclusive to you as a member and can’t be combined with other offers, gift vouchers, or sale events.
